It is a true honor to serve as 9th Polaris of the Beta Psi Omega Chapter. My connection to this chapter runs deep, and I remain grateful to help lead a brotherhood built through vision, sacrifice, and commitment to something greater than ourselves.
Beta Psi Omega is a place where professional men grow with purpose, where leadership is refined through service, and where brotherhood becomes a lifelong standard rather than a temporary experience.
My vision for our chapter centers on intentional growth, meaningful engagement, and developing men who are prepared to lead in every area of life. We are focused on strengthening professional development, mentorship, community leadership, and personal accountability.
A defining pillar of my leadership is advancing wellness across mental, physical, and spiritual dimensions. I believe strong men are built through clarity, discipline, balance, and alignment. When a man strengthens his mind, body, and spirit, he elevates his family, career, brotherhood, and community.

Joshua “Xcel” Arnold is a behavioral health and wellness practitioner, realtor, land development strategist, and community builder focused on helping individuals and families build intentional, purpose-driven lives.
His work as a behavioral health and mindfulness practitioner centers on discipline, emotional awareness, and personal accountability, combining psychology, plant-based wellness, and lived experience to support lasting change.
As a realtor and land development strategist, Joshua helps clients make informed decisions around property, ownership, and long-term stability.
Joshua is the founder of GallonADay, an herbal wellness brand focused on practical, nature-based support, and the founder of GreenGrows Academy, a nonprofit youth education institute centered on land stewardship, herbal knowledge, and applied life skills.
He also serves as a Disaster Action Team volunteer with the American Red Cross and remains committed to service, leadership, and strengthening the communities he serves.
