Things to Know Before You Order
Your Order: Keep in mind that products are offered via print-on-demand services. The product request is only fulfilled when an order has been submitted. Under normal circumstances, fulfillment takes 2-7 business days. Nearly 98% of our orders fulfilled within 5 business days and more than 50% of our orders are fulfilled/shipped within 3 business days or less.
These durations plus transit time is how the estimated lead-time is calculated. Depending upon shipping method, the time it takes to receive your order varies between 5 – 20 business days from the date the order was submitted (many orders average a delivery of 9 days from the date ordered). We utilize multiple vendors for production, so items that are ordered together may not ship together.
Production & Product Appearance: Apparel is produced using various methods, one is a DTG (direct to garment) printing process. As such, the colors are not as opaque as in a screen printing application. Garments in person will appear slightly different than what’s represented on-screen. When light colors are applied to dark fabric, some fibers may be visible through the color overlay.
Printed apparel can be machine-washed cold, inside-out on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent and like colors. Use non-chlorine bleach only when necessary. You shouldn't use any fabric softeners or dry-clean the items.
DTG-printed apparel can be tumble-dried on a low cycle, but hang-dry works best. When it comes to ironing, use cool iron inside-out. Don't iron the print.
Another production process is sublimation. This process is essentially an ink/dye and heat transfer application that produces a longer lasting design that will not peel or crack, and is resistant to fading over time when applied to 100% polyester fabric. The key difference between DTG and sublimation is in the DTG process color is applied to the surface of a garment, and in sublimation, the ink goes beyond the surface and recolors that individual fibers.
All-over/Sublimation printed apparel and fabrics can be machine-washed cold with like colors, without bleach. Don’t dry-clean or tumble-dry the apparel. You can iron it with a low heat setting.
Some of our products use embroidery for the completion of the design. Embroidered items are usually denoted in the product description.
Exchange Policy: All sales are final. However, we will gladly review any request to exchange product that is deemed defective. Due to the semi-custom nature of our print-on-demand distribution of product, we are unable to offer refunds for merchandise. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error by our printing partner will be covered at no cost to you.
Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to the printer. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our production facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.
Items Returned by Customer - Please contact BPO via Facebook or email (dekalb.iotas@gmail.com) before returning any products. We do not exchange orders for buyer’s remorse or size exchanges (Please pay careful attention to product information regarding sizing.)
